We do not accept returns for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, dislike of product, or delayed delivery. We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, sizing charts, and descriptions before placing an order.
Exception: Damaged Products We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may be eligible to initiate a return under the following conditions:
How to Request a Return To initiate a damage-based return, email us at support@nocturnwear.com with the subject line “Damaged Item — Order #[Your Order Number]”. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approval of a return request is at the sole discretion of Nocturn Wear.
Return Shipping If your return request is approved, instructions for shipping the item back will be provided. Nocturn Wear will cover return shipping costs only in cases where the damage or defect is verified and confirmed by our team.
Resolution Approved returns will be resolved through a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or store credit. Cash or payment refunds will not be issued.
