No Refunds Policy All sales made on nocturnwear.com are final. Nocturn Wear does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges or store credit in lieu of refunds. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nocturnwear.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Nocturn Wear is considered a violation of our purchase agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and take appropriate action.
